In Addition to the Application Please Submit:

  1.  An Up-to-date Curriculum Vitae
  2.  Artist Statement
  3.  1-5 Images of Artwork to be exhibit/publish (all techniques accepted, painting, sculpture, graphic arts and drawing, jewelry, mixed media, photography and digital art, No installation).

Artwork will be chosen and approved by the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief.

  1. 5 Images for the Online Art Gallery.

Permanent at Art & Beyond Online Gallery for a year. (Included in the Marketing Package)

Exhibition Fee:

SINGLE WALL SPACE – 3 Ft Wide x 9 feet high (91.5cm x 270cm)

One time payment of   $2,850.00
Or Three installments of $713.00

DOUBLE WALL SPACE – 6 Ft Wide x 9 Feet high (183 cm x 270cm)

One time payment of   $5,350.00
Or Three installments of $1,295.00

ONE Artwork – maximum size 36” x 50”

One time payment       $1,750.00
Or Three installments   $425.00

3D space (sculpture) Artwork Price $1,250.00 00 per square foot

One Time payment must be made as a Deposit with the Registration Form and then remaining amount to pay will be send by PayPal request.
For Four installments additional information required and will be offered based on the Registration Form.

  • Photography must be on Aluminum or Plexiglas.
  • Printed on Paper with Museum Style Frame. It must be approved by the Art & Beyond.
  • The only framing allow will be “floating” 1½ to 2” (black)

Marketing Package will include:

  • Complete Marketing Campaign: Press Release, Social Media coverage of the Exhibition to all Art & Beyond Networks.
  • Artist Full Feature Article at the Art & Beyond Winter Print Edition Magazine with a Full Page Article or 1/2 Page Article dedicated to each participating artist distributed directly to the number of hand picked art galleries, museums and art consultants around the country prior the show.
  • Virtual Digital Art & Beyond Magazine posted to the Art & Beyond web site serves as the Promotional Catalogue.
  • Online Gallery Page. Each participating artists will be featured in the Art & Beyond Online Gallery dedicated to Spectrum/Red Miami.
  • Art & Beyond serves as the Exhibition Catalog.
  • VIP and guest passes.

Not Included in the Marketing Package:

  • One Full Page in the Spectrum/Red Dot printed catalog per individual artist.

All Individual Promotional Items must be approved by Mila Ryk, publisher and owner of Art & Beyond prior to distribution.

All artists are encouraged to attend the Art Fair to make a connections with a galleries and art consultants. A commission fee for the sales is 30% will be applied.

The artist will receive 70% from the Sales of their Artwork.

The artist must provide the price of the work submitted including the 30% commission fee.

No applications will be considered without Deposit.

First Payment is on July 27, 2018 and the last Payment on September 27, 2018 (this dates are for the 3 payment installments if applied by July 25th). All late applications will be offered 2 or 1 payment installments if applied no later then September 10th.

    All entries submitted to the Art Show must be original work. The artist must be the sole owner of the copyright of the submitted images/artwork. Artists accepted to be exhibited and published will retain full copyrights of their images. Submitting the Entry Form gives Art & Beyond Studio, Inc. the authorization and permission to utilize submitted materials for publication as well as marketing purposes including publicity by Art & Beyond Studio, Inc.
