Art & Beyond offers Bank transfer payment please ask (service fee may apply).

With signed Entry Form you must make your Deposit in the prices based on your chosen space.

Deadline for the Entry Form and the First Payment (Deposit) is July 27, 2018

You may choose Full Payment or 3 Payment Installments.

If you are choosing a Full Payment the Deposit must be made with the Registration Form to book your space.

If you are choosing the 3 Payment Installments you will receive a reminder to make your PayPal payment for the remaining amount for each payment.

First Payment must be made by July 27, 2018.

Please use the PayPal button to make your First Payment which is your Deposit. After your placement is booked you will receive PayPal payment request to make your next payment each month and your last payment should be made on September 27th, 2018.

MATERIALS TO SUBMIT

 

Artists who applied to participate in the show will be published in the Art & Beyond Magazine must submit the following materials:

  • A short biography in the form of an essay up to 300 words for 1 page article in MS Word document format.
    It must include your contact information along with your website.
  • 5 images of artwork. Submitted Images must be of the exhibiting artwork at the show for the participating artists.
  • Exhibiting artist must send Resume and Statement in addition to the short biography
  • All Covers can be purchased (please ask for availability)

Artwork images can be submitted as such:

  • Digital images send by email or www.sendbigfiles.com in the format of a JPG/TIFF as 300 DPI image files; no less than 9 inches wide.
  • List of artwork in word document must reflect the image file name and the Title of the artwork including medium and dimensions of each artwork supplied for the show and to be published. For the show price must be added.

Price Rate Policy:

  • Cancellations are not accepted for the Art Fair issue.
  • Additional charges will be applied for shipping of the magazine to foreign countries and will be charged by the Invoicing generated by PayPal.
  • The Publisher reserves the right to reject certain artwork or artists for any reason; including but not limited to the quality of the submitted images and the overall content.
  • There are no additional charges for the basic editing and/or proofreading of supplied materials from an artist.
  • Art & Beyond will not be liable or responsible for any printing errors.
  • Please note that the printed images never match original color 100%.
  • Placement of editorials is in an alphabetical order by sections or determine by the publisher. Special placements will not be offered and/or considered.
  • The page(s) layout in PDF format will be emailed for proofing prior to the printing of the publication. Please consider that proofs do not represent a good match for color reproduction and are thus used for reference purposes only. Proofs must be approved by an individual artist within 24 hours. If approval or corrections are not received and thus approved on time, Art & Beyond is not responsible for printing any incorrect information.
  • There are no additional charges for the shipping of up to 3 printed copies in the Continental United States.
  • Flash Drive with your artwork will be returned only if a SASE (Self Addressed Stamped Envelope) is provided.
  • Art & Beyond is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred from the shipment of your submission materials.
  • Art & Beyond cannot guarantee your acceptance to art galleries, art museums or publishers.
  • By signing the Entry Form you agree that after your artwork is accepted for show and published in Art & Beyond that all payments are final.
  • Entry Forms with payments made by Personal Check are subject to a clearance period of ten (10) business days.
  • Returned personal checks will result in an additional $25.00 fee.
  • Notification of acceptance will be sent via email communication.
  • Art & Beyond is not responsible for the shipping and handling of artwork to and from the Art Show.
  • Artists will take responsibility for artwork to be shipped and delivered by using provided company within the Art Show organizers.
  • Insurance for shipping and transportation of the artwork is highly recommended and not provided by Art & Beyond and/or Spectrum Art Show organizers.

• Spectrum/Red Dot do not provide insurance during the show. Art & Beyond will have the limited liability insurance for the show time only. Artist may provide their own insurance.
